1. Pipeline Manager
Requirements
· 15++ years Liquids Pipeline Facilities and Pipeline operations, design and construction.
· EPmC contracting experience a plus.
· Minimum B.Sc. in Engineering, with accreditation as P.Eng. with APEGGA. Accreditation with APEGS and APEGBC is an asset.
· Engineering Manager will provide leadership and guidance to engineering discipline teams, directly supervising Mechanical, Process, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and Drafting Discipline Supervisors.
· Liaison with Project Management Supervisor & Vice President Projects to provide updated Manpower Loading reports and forecasting
· Preparation and management of corporate and departmental budgets
2. Structural Lead Designer
Requirements
· Candidates will also have post-grad experience along with knowledge of how to manage civil/structural teams for multi disciplined engineering projects eg process plants, oil and gas facilities.
· Be capable of completing design calculations, design reviews and approvals on pipe-lay structures and equipment.
· Carry out structural failure surveys and prepare / advise on repair procedures. Provide technical advice as required.
· Review and advise / manage existing equipment design modification requirements with no regard to current classification, legislative and operational demands.
· Review and advise on structural NDT programs.
· Mechanical Engineering or Mechanics and Structure Degree (highly desirable).
· 18 years of structural engineering experience in the design and operations of offshore oil and gas development projects of which 10 years must be directly involved with the structural engineering design for major offshore oil and gas production and processing facilities.
· Familiar general structural engineering software. Some experience in the fabrication, pipelay and offshore installation of upstream offshore oil and gas platforms.
· Possess good communication skills and good command of English. Must have good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and with little supervision.
· Knowledge of structure modeling & calculations, structure protections & design
· Supervise field crews, Supervise other technical personnel
· EPC or EPMC experienced
3. CAD PDMS (or at least PDS
Requirements
· 3 - 15 years experience with Piping Design.
· Experienced serving the oil/gas/marine industry.
· Prepares design drawings for FPSO in conformity to the project schedules and client’s standards, safety requirements and generally accepted standard and specification.
· Knowledge in ACad and PDMS/PDS
4. 3 x Electrical Engineers
Requirements
· Must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
· 5++ years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering design.
· Electrical Job Engineer in engineering design of electrical plants & systems for oil & gas & petrochemical industries.
5. 1 x Senior Structural PDMS Designer
Requirements
· Qualifications: Deg in Mech / Marine / Naval Architecture / Structural Engineering
· Design Structures for refinery and oil & gas.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil and Structural design with reputable national or international consultants
· International experience will be an advantage
· Experience in designing and managing structural design of various structural types in refinery/FPSO projects
· Capable of providing technical lead for design team.
· Candidate have to manage quality and consistency within the discipline across all areas through the use of related work procedures as well as to provide technical direction, control and supervision for engineering and design.
· Candidate must be able to resolve structural design related to technical issues and manage design process and interfaces with other disciplines and construction schedules
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Knowledge of ACAD & PDMS. Good documentation habits.
6. Senior Process Engineer
Responsibilities
· Experience in developing Engineering Deliverables following company and client standards and specifications (Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Data Sheets).
· Experience in identifying utility requirements and completing utility system design.
· Effective written and oral communications skills and solid planning and organization experience is required.
· A minimum of 10 years experience is required
· Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering from an accredited University
· The successful candidate must be familiar with standard engineering software and Microsoft Office products.
7. 1 x Cost manager
Qualifications
· Ideal candidate will be well educated and have an ONC / HNC. Considerable skill in communications / interpersonal relationships in order to function as an effective member of a multi disciplined project team. Must be willing to counsel and advise peers and subordinates. Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience
· Minimum 15 years’ cost engineering experience on major EPMC projects. An element of this experience should have been gained on job sites. Provide a reliable and responsive project cost control service on assigned projects, in accordance with Project Control Plans. Project Control to support the company’s requirements for an Integrated Project Control System.
8. 1 x cost specialist
· Tertiary education with Engineering and Costing/ Accounting background
· At least 10 years working experience and working in a oil and gas industry
· Knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis
· Good written and communication skills
· Organized, systematic, proactive and detailed oriented.
9. 1 x estimating engineer
· Minimum 10 years of Engineering experience in design, construction and operations of oil and gas, refining and petrochemical facilities.
· Further a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in oil and gas industry.
· Provides overall capabilities to prepare detailed estimate for multi million dollar oil and gas projects.
· Prepare or review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the scope of work.
· Ability to interface with multi organizations to review and discuss project scope and estimate basis.
· Consults on Company estimating methods/procedures and, when necessary, provides estimate breakdown.
· Provide technical capabilities in review of design packages and drawings.
· Familiar with industry standards for oil and gas facilities.
· Ability to develop and analyze engineering and construction man-hours for oil and gas projects.
· Familiar with equipment and material requirements for hydrocarbon facilities
