1) Accountant
Prerequisites:
 Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 5 years of working experience in Accounting.
Ability to take stress, meet deadlines, supervise and plan work of subordinates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
In charge of the accounts of a few companies & ensure timely financial & management reporting.
Co-ordinate and liaise with tax agents on tax queries & analytical review of accounts.
 Prepare regular and adhoc management reports and coordinate preparation of budget.
 
 2) Account Executive
Prerequisites:
LCCI Diploma or ACCA Level 2 with 5 years working experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintains full sets of accounts & monthly preparation of accounting schedules.
Timely preparation of mgt reports and analysis of accounts & ensure invoices are prepared & sent out monthly.
 
 
3) Assistant Administration Executive
Prerequisites:
 Possess a Diploma with minimum 3 years of working experience in General Administration function.
Roles of Responsibilities
Handle all office administration matters such as general insurance, building facilities mgt, office equipment, etc.
Organizing corporate functions & any other duties as assigned
 
4) Account Assistant
Prerequisites:
LCCI Intermediate or 5 ‘O’ level passes with 2 years working experience in accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare standard invoices on monthly basis & & send statements of account to customers.
Ensure prompt banking in of receipts & that all payments are properly carried out.
Handle queries from suppliers and reconcile balances.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & check and reimburse petty cash.
 
 

5) Admin Assistant / Site Administrative Assistant
Prerequisites
Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ level with a minimum 2 years working experience
Those who have worked in construction site will be considered favorable & willing to work at construction site
Roles & Responsibilities:
To support the project managers in faxing, copying, printing and typing.
 To act as receptionist to answer incoming calls and transfer calls within the site office
To handle incoming and outgoing mails and documents to clients and vendors
To work with HR Dept in receiving and submitting timecards for workers
To manage a database system for purchase of materials as well as to raise P.R, P.O and file delivery order
To liaise with Accounts Dept in handling petty cash and claim the staff’s monthly transport allowances
