Drill Crew
1 Driller ( x 3 Vacancies) – Very Urgent
Position Description
  • Operate core or percussive drilling rig, up to 12 hours per day.
  • To Operate drilling and mud circulating equipment in accordance with the well program.
  • To operate all equipment at the driller’s console in a safe manner and to have good knowledge of well conditions and respond effectively to all well control situations.
  • Must have experience in Drill Ship / Semi Submersible.
 
2 Toolpusher
  • Control all of drilling operations and other interrelated activities being performed during his shift.
  • Ensure that the drilling operation is carried out in accordance with the defined drilling progamme and that the operation is executed in a safe and proper manner.
  • Prepare drilling reports
  • Understand and react immediately in case of hole problems or drill string problems.
  • Ensures that all drilling parameters are followed and adjusts them if necessary to get the best performances.
  • Ensure that equipment is working properly, and is correctly lined up.
  • Maintain inventory of all tubulars onboard.
  • Responsible for the safety working practices of the crew, and committed to preventing damage to the environment.
  • Ensure full implementation of the STOP system, to include the careful monitoring of the crew and the taking part in daily STOP audits as instructed by the OIM
  • Comply with Permit to Work System.
 
3 Marine Crew - Second Mate ( Renewable contract)
  • Assist the first mate in the navigation and operation
  • Maintenance activities of the vessel, inspect all repairs; report equipment status affecting operation of the vessel to ship’s master.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and deck supplies; submit requisition for supplies as required.
  • Stand deck officer watch at sea to maintain precise navigation utilizing visual, loran, radar, celestrial or other navigational techniques; maintain deck log, loran log and navigational charts
  • Inventory and stock merchandise for ship’s vending machines; record cash receipts
  • Maintain personnel records members of the crew
  • Supervise conduct of fire, collision and abandon of ship drill.
 
4 Subsea Engineer
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance, monitoring and operation of the subsea systems equipment.
  • Maintain subsea systems equipment such as that operation plan goals are met for mechanical downtime and repair and maintenance by proper maintenance of equipment in accordance with the company’s preventive maintenance programme.
  • Evaluating all systems associated with the well control equipment, assisting in correcting problems and providing recommendations for improvement of equipment operation and maintenance, and lowering equipment downtime.
  • Evaluating major failures of drill-through equipment and controls and participates in determining required repairs on drill- through equipment.
  • Must have experience on drill ship or semi submersible
 
5 Rig Manager
 
  • Managing the set up and taking down of rigs.
  • Adherence to safety practices.
  • Coordination of the rig crews, typically three to four crews.
  • Management of the day to day drilling activities.
  • Adherence to environmental and other government laws and policies.
  • Conducting prep work prior to rig set up.
