1.Supply Chain Co-ordinator      

Start Date: Immediate

Assignment Duration: Minimum 3 months

Working Location : West

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays).

Company transport available from Boon Lay MRT.

Position Function:

The incumbent will be responsible to follow up materials required by the Plant and Customer on a timely basis.

Key Functions:

Generate reports, follow-up with suppliers and monitor suppliers’ on-time delivery. Responsible for inbound shipment custom clearance. Ensure Purchasing data is kept updated in our internal system (Mfgpro) mainly supplier delivery status. Provide support to the Sourcing and Purchasing Team. Clerical support on filing, reports compilation, etc.

Minimum :

Education : Diploma in Mechanical / Logistics / Business Administration.

Experience : Min 2 years of relevant experience,

 

2. Administrator (Temp)

Working Location: Singapore - East

Billing Entity: As above

Start Date: Immediate

Assignment Duration: Minimum 3 months (with possibility of conversion to permanent).

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays).

Company transport available from Seng Kang, Ang Mo Kio and Tampines.

Position Function:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Purchasing Department.

 

Key Functions:

Receptionist duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, handling courier and in-coming and out going documents.

Follow-up on shipment/deliveries of outstanding purchase orders with suppliers/forwarders, obtain shipping information and update these information in to our internal MFGPRO system.

Notify Buyers and requestors if Purchase Orders’ shipment/delivery dates are late for necessary follow up action.

Minimum :

Education : Min NITEC in Office Skills or its equivalent. Diploma holder major in Logistics will commensurate with a higher base salary.

Experience : Min 3 years of relevant experience

 

3. Accounts Payable Assistant

Working Location : East.

Billing Entity As above.

Start Date Immediate

Employment Nature 1-year contract

Working Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Subject to overtime pay.

Company transport available from Seng Kang, Ang Mo Kio and Tampines.

Position Function :

The incumbent will be responsible for providing accounting support mentioned below.

Key Functions :

            • Process payment of invoices in both SGD and USD

            • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

            • Inter-Co Rebilling on a timely manner

            • AP reconciliation

            • Check staff expenses claimed

            • Ah hoc tasks assigned by Accounts Supervisor

 

Minimum :

Education : LCCI Intermediate or higher / Diploma in Accountancy.

Experience : 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
